This screen allows you setup a proxy server if one is required in your particular setup.  Proxy servers are rarely encountered within the home environment and would typically be found only in commercial environments.  In a typical home setup, you should leave this screen at its default blank settings.  If you do have a proxy server, enter the appropriate values in the fields.
