The first area that should be configured is the Setup area.  Contained within this section are the configuration screens for hardware controllers and plugins.  This section also contains basic preferences, operating options, and web server configuration.  Navigate to this area by single-clicking Setup in the left pane or by clicking on the button to the left of Setup.  You will then see the available areas to be configured under Setup.
