Sets the home page for the Web Center.

Syntax

ph_wcsethome ( URL )

Argument	Description
URL	The URL of the new home page.

Return value

Integer. Returns a 0. The Web Center does not have to be open. This function does not force the Web Center to navigate to the new home page.
