Hi - I have an IOLinc (#2450, V1.5) that receives, but it appears to
no longer send a message when sensing. So, to revive it, I deleted
it from powerhome, factory reset the module, and then tried to add
it as a new module.as follows:

1) Insteon Explorer -> Devices - select append, enter info for new
device (only description, address) - check "Treat as new"

2) click Save

It runs a bunch of commands, but when it's done, I see the IEngine
field is still blank- PH couldn't detect it. What do I do now? Is the
module toast? Do I guess and set it to I2CS?

Thanks!
/j
