After the PH2 upgrade, The ELK temperature zones come up as

-40 Degrees.

Id Codes 2,1 and 2,2

Temperature probe of 0,10 works fine. Please help

Works ok for me.....

Are you talking about using one of the first 16 zones on the Main Elk board (as I am)? See zone 16.

No Smarty, My Temperature probe works. It's my Aprilaire stats 1 & 2 that are out (Climate control)

Maybe the same bug.... No keypad Temperatures.

From the Elk Help Section:
When defining digital outputs, multi-state inputs, and analog inputs, the controller will be the ID of the Elk controller, the unit will be the board number from 1 to 13 (1 is used for the controls onboard the Elk), and the point will the individual device number on the board from 1 to 16. Temperature inputs will have a unit of 0 for temperature probes, 1 for keypads, and 2 for thermostats. The point value for temperature inputs will be from 1 to 16 corresponding with the available units in each category.
