Can't get ph_run() to work.

Using a standard Windows 11 Command Prompt entry of...
Code:

C:\Users\kenbu>SoundVolumeView.exe /SetVolume "VLC media player" 50

sets the VLC Media Player Volume to 50% as expected.

BUT
Code:

ph_run("C:\Windows\SoundVolumeView.exe SetVolume VLC media player 50")

produces a Formula Check Return of "1" (indicating success) but in point of fact there is no change in the volume setting.

I have tried every combination of "" quote usage in the formula I can think of with no success.

Any suggestions. I have tried everything I can think of doing.

PS-I was getting ph errors when I removed the "/" before the SetVolume parameter (which the Windows Command Line needed), but just stuck it back on, and now don't get a ph error but the Volume setting still doesn't change.
