I was having problems with one of my KPL pads so did a
factory reset on it and then tried to Save its Links from
PH back to it.

About 3 Pending Operations occurred then no more. The
Dvc is not Disabled, and has no Failures to Clear.

I have Reinitialized PH twice and when that didn't help
did a restart. That got a few more link operations done,
then PH quit sending Operations out again and the Pending
queue just sits there. There are a few dozen operations
in the Pending queue that I cannot clear or make go.

Of course this has jammed the Status Scans and other
background tasks.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can blast this logjam??!!

I just rebooted my PLM and that got the Pending Operations
queue cleared but I still have FLAGGED CREATEs on all of
the Responders for the KPL.
